The PTT Lubricants business unit has been manufacturing and marketing lubricants, grease, wax, and related products for Thai consumers for more than 30 years. With the research and development (R&D) competence of PTT Innovation Institute as well as the manufacturing capability of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 international standards, PTT Lubricants boasts a wide range of products to serve various consumption modes including passenger cars, transport trucks, motorcycles, fishing boats, agricultural machinery, gas-fueled engines, as well as lubrication products for all plants.

Determined to relentlessly develop products of premium quality at reasonable prices to serve the needs of all customer groups, PTT Lubricants is proud of ‘LUBE SOLUTIONS by PTT Lubricants’ – a team of lubricant experts ready to provide integrated technical services for customers, before and after product use, so that customers can be assured that each product is optimally used. The services fall into four areas:

1) CUSTOMER SOLUTIONS : To provide technical data as well as advice on product selection and product application together with basic problem-solving

2) PRODUCT SOLUTIONS : To provide in-use lubricant quality tests to keep abreast of quality trends in order to draw up a suitable maintenance plan and develop products that meet customers’ particular needs

3) SERVICE SOLUTIONS : To give advice and plans for cleaning or lubricant change schedules, provide on-site lubricant quality tests with immediate results, provide on-site problem investigation to provide solution to problems, and give advice on lubrication system design

4) ACADEMIC SOLUTIONS : To house lubrication and tribology knowledge as well as R&D on lubrication products and train customers.
