          PTT Oil and Retail Business Public Company Limited (OR) is the flagship company of the PTT Group in the oil and retail business. OR was officially listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand on February 11, 2021.

          OR operates under the vision of “Empowering All Toward Inclusive Growth” or “OR: Empowering Opportunities for All to Grow Together,” aiming for a Triple Bottom Line growth that prioritizes the environment (Planet), society and communities (People), alongside business performance (Performance). OR’s mission consists of four key objectives: strengthening integrated energy solutions for seamless mobility, creating comprehensive lifestyle solutions to meet all consumer needs, expanding the business globally for success and recognition in international markets, and driving digital innovation to enhance existing businesses while exploring new opportunities powered by digital innovation.

  • Mobility Business Group OR is dedicated to strengthening integrated energy solutions for seamless mobility through the management of the energy business ecosystem, encompassing both conventional fossil-based energy and new clean energy solutions. This approach ensures that OR can meet future energy demands while also developing diverse physical platforms that cater to evolving consumer behaviors across different locations.
  • Lifestyle Business Group OR is committed to building a one-stop solution ecosystem to support consumers’ diverse lifestyles. The business expands across food and beverage (F&B Ecosystem), health, beauty, wellness, and tourism to align with evolving consumer trends and preferences.
  • Global Business Group OR aims to expand its business footprint internationally by replicating successful domestic business models, such as PTT Station and Café Amazon, in global markets. OR also seeks investment opportunities through subsidiaries that have existing business operations and expertise in various countries. Additionally, OR collaborates with both domestic and international partners to enter new markets and achieve global growth.
  • Support Business Group OR leverages its capabilities to support business operations across the value chain, including procurement and supply chain management, warehouse operations, Café Amazon Business Center, leadership and business development institutions, advanced technology, efficient data management systems aligned with corporate governance, and robust, high-security infrastructure.
  • New Business Group OR focuses on driving the organization through digital innovation by creating digital platforms to strengthen current businesses and transform OR into a data-driven organization. OR also seeks new business opportunities (New S-Curve) by collaborating with potential partners to innovate new products and services that align with technological advancements and evolving consumer demands.

OR Business Overview

          OR is the market leader in Thailand’s oil business under the PTT Station brand, holding the largest market share of 39.2% in the total domestic fuel market as of December 31, 2024, according to the Department of Energy Business. OR is also a leader in commercial fuel markets, including aviation fuel, marine fuel, industrial fuel, lubricants, and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG).

          In addition, OR pioneered the integration of retail businesses within service stations, featuring Café Amazon, Thailand’s largest coffee chain. OR’s diverse business portfolio also includes EV charging stations (EV Station PluZ), convenience stores (Jiffy and 7-Eleven), and food and beverage brands such as Pearly Tea, Pacamara, and Ohkajhu. In 2024, OR also launched new retail ventures focusing on health and beauty, such as the found & found store chain.

          In 2024, OR recorded total sales revenue of 723,958 million THB, with 89.2% of revenue derived from the Mobility Business Group, which includes petroleum sourcing, storage, and distribution. OR operates a nationwide network of petroleum storage facilities and distribution channels covering all regions in Thailand. The Lifestyle Business Group accounted for 3.2% of revenue, driven by direct customer interactions through retail and service businesses. OR also has a strong international presence, operating in key markets such as Cambodia, the Philippines, Laos, and Vietnam. OR’s international expansion focuses on scaling successful brands like PTT Station and Café Amazon while fostering strategic partnerships for sustainable and continuous growth.

Nature of Operations
PTT Station*
OR distributes fuel at PTT Station under the “Living Community” concept, which is more than just a refueling point but a place to bring happiness to the people through a variety of products and services. As of December 31, 2024, there are 2,343 PTT Stations across Thailand. OR operates two types of fuel stations based on investment models: DODO (Dealer Own Dealer Operate) and COCO (Company Own Company Operate). OR has a policy to limit COCO stations to no more than 20% of its total fuel stations in Thailand. Additionally, there are 411 PTT Stations located overseas.

Fuel and Petroleum Storage and Distribution to Commercial Market Customers under the OR Brand*
OR has extensive experience and expertise in managing storage and transportation networks for petroleum products. As of December 31, 2024, OR operates 54 petroleum product storage facilities, including oil depots, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) depots, aviation fuel storage, and other product storage sites nationwide. These facilities store gasoline, diesel, fuel oil, aviation fuel, LPG, and lubricants. The petroleum storage network is strategically located to support transportation and distribution to consumers and other storage facilities efficiently.

Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG)*
OR produces and distributes LPG for households under the PTT LPG brand, which has been trusted by consumers since 1988. It holds the number one market share due to its strong safety image. As of December 31, 2024, OR operates 195 LPG bottling plants and has 1,749 PTT LPG retail stores across Thailand.

Lubricants
OR has been manufacturing and distributing lubricants under the PTT Lubricants brand since 1978. The company continuously develops high-performance and environmentally friendly lubricants to serve both retail and commercial customers. As of December 31, 2024, OR exports its lubricant products to more than 40 destinations worldwide.
Automotive Services
OR provides vehicle maintenance services under the FIT Auto brand, offering various automotive services such as oil and transmission fluid changes, vehicle inspections, tire replacements, and more. As of December 31, 2024, there are 108 FIT Auto branches in Thailand. OR also offers services through franchises under the FIT Express brand, which has 86 branches as of the same date.
Beverage Services*
1. Café Amazon has been serving coffee and tea beverages since 2002, starting within PTT Stations. As of December 31, 2024, there are 4,430 Café Amazon branches in Thailand, with 1,917 franchise-operated branches within PTT Stations, representing 82% of the total.

2. Pearly Tea offers bubble tea beverages and currently operates 95 branches nationwide.

3. Pacamara Coffee Roasters provides specialty coffee from diverse origins, allowing consumers to choose their preferred brewing methods. Currently, there are 29 branches across Thailand.

Convenience Store Services*
Jiffy is a convenience store brand owned by OR. OR also operates 7-Eleven stores under an exclusive master agreement with CP All. These stores sell a wide variety of food, beverages, and essential goods. As of December 31, 2024, OR operates 2,326 convenience stores in Thailand under the Jiffy and 7-Eleven brands.

Health and Beauty
The found & found store is a health and beauty retail brand launched in 2024 to expand OR’s customer base into health-conscious and beauty-focused consumers. The store offers cosmetics, skincare, supplements, and vitamins. As of December 31, 2024, there are five found & found branches in Thailand.
xplORe Application
A digital platform integrating key features such as the blueplus+ loyalty program and an e-wallet, designed to enhance convenience for consumers outside their homes. The platform, under the concept “Touch for More Life,” seamlessly connects online and offline (O2O) experiences, linking OR’s products and services with partner stores and exclusive deals. Since its launch in August 2023, the app has been downloaded over 3.5 million times.
Business Support
1. Procurement and Distribution – OR transports petroleum products through various channels, including road, sea, rail, and pipeline.

2. Amazon Inspiring Campus (AICA) – A knowledge center for training personnel in coffee shop operations, including a training center and a coffee roasting plant.

3. OR Academy – A business knowledge hub for training employees with professional skills development.

4. Coffee Roasting Plant, Centralized Bakery, Beverage Powder Production Plant, and Amazon Distribution Center – Established in 2021 to enhance the security of raw material supply for OR’s retail businesses, improve standards, and boost competitiveness in the food and beverage sector, supporting the long-term growth of Café Amazon.

5. Lubricant Product Distribution Center – Stores and distributes lubricants and related products to support both domestic and international markets.

6. Technology – OR is implementing a concrete Digital Transformation strategy covering three key aspects: People (developing employees’ digital and data analysis skills), Process (enhancing operational efficiency), and Technology (adopting advanced technology to improve competitiveness and cost efficiency), ultimately enhancing the company’s operations across all dimensions.
Building Partnerships and Developing New Businesses
ORZON Ventures – A venture capital fund established in collaboration with 500 Startups to invest in early-stage startups in the Mobility & Lifestyle sector across Thailand and ASEAN. The initiative aims to enhance startup ecosystems and drive sustainable growth through OR’s support.
