             PTT Oil and Retail Business Public Company Limited (OR) is the flagship company of the PTT Group in the oil and retail business. OR was officially listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand on 11 February 2021.
             OR operates under the vision of “Empowering All Toward Inclusive Growth” or “OR: Empowering Opportunities for All to Grow Together,” aiming for a Triple Bottom Line growth that prioritizes the environment (Planet), society and communities (People), alongside business performance (Performance). OR’s mission consists of four key objectives:

      • Mobility Business: Strengthening integrated energy solutions for seamless mobility
      • Lifestyle Business: Creating comprehensive lifestyle solutions to support diverse lifestyles and consumer needs
      • Global Business: Expanding the business globally for success and recognition in international markets
      • OR Innovation Business: Driving digital innovation to enhance existing businesses while exploring new opportunities powered by digital technologies.

OR operates under four core business groups:

      • Mobility Business is committed to strengthening its integrated energy portfolio to deliver Seamless Mobility through effective management of the energy ecosystem. This includes fossil-based energy whose core products comprise gasoline, diesel, Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG), aviation fuel, fuel oil for marine and industrial sectors, and lubricants. It also includes new energy-based solutions such as the development of the EV Station PluZ charging network and alternative low carbon fuels including Sustainable Aviation Fuel or SAF. Products are distributed in the retail market through the Oil Retail Business, in commercial markets through the Energy Solutions Business, and through the Lubricants Business. This business group also develops diverse physical platforms to accommodate consumer behavior across different locations and to meet the future energy needs of consumers.
      • Lifestyle Business focuses on building a one-stop solution ecosystem that supports all lifestyles by expanding business scope to become part of consumers’ daily lives. This includes the food and beverage (F&B) ecosystem and business expansion into health and wellness and tourism to address emerging consumer behaviors and needs. The business covers coffee shops, convenience stores, food and beverage outlets, retail stores for health and beauty products, as well as the management of businesses within PTT stations.
      • Global Business is committed to expanding OR’s business base by leveraging successful business models from Thailand such as PTT Station and Café Amazon in international markets. This business group seeks new investment opportunities through subsidiaries with an existing footprint and expertise in their operating countries, while collaborating with partners in Thailand and abroad. These efforts support business expansion into New Territories and strengthen OR’s position in the Global Market.
      • Support Businessfocuses on Digital Transformation to improve operational efficiency, create business opportunities, support partner growth, and build a digital culture across the organization to progress toward becoming a Digital Driven Organization. This business group applies technology to connect data and enhance operational efficiency in all functions, enabling rapid response to market needs. Customer experience is enhanced through digital platforms designed to integrate mobility and lifestyle services seamlessly. OR also develops new business opportunities through Digital Innovation to strengthen OR and support long term partner growth, while developing personnel and cultivating digital culture as part of the organizational culture for sustainable digital transformation.

              These business groups are supported by enablers that support business operations across the entire value chain. The enablers include procurement and depot logistics, depot management and operations, the Café Amazon Business Center, the OR Academy, advanced technology, efficient data management systems aligned with the organization’s data governance framework, and strong and secure infrastructure.

OR Business Overview

             OR is the market leader in Thailand’s petroleum retail market under the PTT Station brand, holding the largest market share in Thailand. As of 31 December 2025, OR held a total market share of 39.6% across all petroleum products, excluding fuel oil sold to the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand, according to data from the Department of Energy Business. OR is also a leader in commercial fuel markets, including aviation fuel, marine fuel, industrial fuel, lubricants, and LPG.
             In addition, OR pioneered the integration of retail businesses within service stations, featuring Café Amazon, Thailand’s largest coffee chain. OR’s diverse business portfolio also includes EV Station PluZ, Jiffy and 7-Eleven, and food and beverage brands such as Pearly Tea, Pacamara Coffee Roasters, Ohkajhu and Found & Found, a health and beauty retail store.
             In 2025, OR recorded total sales revenue of 658,723 million THB, with 88.9% of revenue derived from the Mobility Business Group, which includes petroleum sourcing, storage, and distribution. OR operates a nationwide network of petroleum storage facilities and distribution channels covering all regions in Thailand. The Lifestyle Business Group accounted for 3.7% of revenue, driven by direct customer interactions through retail and service businesses. OR also has a strong international presence, operating in key markets such as Cambodia, the Philippines, and Laos. OR’s international expansion focuses on scaling successful brands like PTT Station and Café Amazon while fostering strategic partnerships for sustainable and continuous growth.

Nature of Operations
PTT Station*
OR distributes fuel products through PTT Station service stations under the Living Community concept, which goes beyond being a conventional refueling point to serve as a destination that enhances customer and consumer experience and satisfaction through a diverse range of products and services. As of 31 December 2025, there are 2,413 PTT Stations (1). OR operates two types of fuel stations based on investment models: DODO (Dealer Own Dealer Operate) and COCO (Company Own Company Operate). OR has a policy to limit COCO stations to no more than 20% of its total fuel stations in Thailand. Additionally, there are 355 PTT Stations (2) located overseas.

Fuel and Petroleum Storage and Distribution to Commercial Market Customers under the OR Brand*
OR has extensive experience and expertise in managing storage and transportation networks for petroleum products. As of 31 December 2025, OR operates 53 Petroleum Terminals, Oil Depot, LPG Depot, Aviation fuel Depot, and other product storage sites nationwide. These facilities store gasoline, diesel, fuel oil, aviation fuel, LPG, and lubricants. The petroleum storage network is strategically located to support efficient transportation and nationwide distribution to consumers and other storage facilities.

Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG)*
OR produces and distributes liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) for the household sector under the PTT LPG brand, which has been widely recognized by consumers since 1988. The brand holds the leading market share, supported by a strong product reputation for safety. As of 31 December 2025, OR operates 418 LPG filling plants and has 1,964 PTT LPG retail stores across Thailand.

Lubricants
OR has been manufacturing and distributing lubricants under the PTT Lubricants brand since 1978. OR continuously develops high-performance and environmentally friendly lubricants to serve both retail and commercial customers. As of 31 December 2025, OR exports its lubricant products to more than 40 destinations worldwide.
Automotive Services
OR provides vehicle maintenance services under the FIT Auto brand, offering various automotive services such as oil and transmission fluid changes, vehicle inspections, tire replacements, and more. As of 31 December 2025, there are 111 FIT Auto branches in Thailand. OR also offers services through franchises under the FIT Express brand, which has 101 branches as of 31 December 2025.
Beverage Services*
1. Café Amazon has been serving coffee and tea beverages since 2002, starting within PTT Stations. As of 31 December 2025, there are 4,705 Café Amazon branches in Thailand, with 2,001 franchise-operated branches within PTT Stations.

2. Pearly Tea offers bubble tea beverages and currently operates 76 branches nationwide.

3. Pacamara Coffee Roasters provides specialty coffee from diverse origins, allowing consumers to choose their preferred brewing methods. Currently, there are 33 branches across Thailand.

Convenience Store Services*
Jiffy is a convenience store brand owned by OR. OR also operates 7-Eleven stores under an exclusive master agreement with CP All Public Company Limited. These stores sell a wide variety of food, beverages, and essential goods. As of 31 December 2025, OR operates 2,403 convenience stores (1) under the Jiffy and 7-Eleven brands.

Health and Beauty
found & found is a health and beauty retail brand launched in 2024 to expand OR’s customer base into health-conscious and beauty-focused consumers. The store offers cosmetics, skincare, supplements, and vitamins. As of 31 December 2025, there are 12 found & found branches in Thailand.

“blueplus+” Application
A digital platform that integrates services and benefits from OR brands into a single digital platform, including a points accumulation and loyalty program that offers a wide range of benefits across participating stores, together with a membership upgrade system and milestone-based rewards. The platform also includes cashless payment through the blueplus+ wallet, the purchase of discount coupons, and access to other services and privileges from OR and partners. The application has achieved more than 5.95 downloads.
Flagship Service Station and Community Space
OR launched its first OR Space in 2024 at Ramkhamhaeng 129 under the concept of a next-generation retail complex located outside fuel service stations, branded as a “Convenience Mall.” This initiative aligns with the Company’s strategy to transform its Physical Platform management model from a traditional oil business operated through PTT Station service stations toward a more comprehensive retail business model.

OR Space is designed to serve as a community-centric platform that extends beyond a conventional service area. It functions as an ecosystem connecting businesses and local communities, enabling the creation of shared value and effectively addressing the diverse needs of consumers in each locality.

As of 31 December 2025, a total of 11 OR Space locations had been opened.
Enabler
1. Procurement and Distribution – OR transports petroleum products through various channels, including road, sea, rail, and pipeline (multimodal transportation).

2. Amazon Inspiring Campus : AICA – A knowledge center for training personnel in coffee shop operations, including a training center and a coffee roasting plant.

3. OR Academy – A business knowledge hub established to enhance the capabilities of internal personnel and extend knowledge beyond the organization. The Academy designs and delivers practical training programs for both internal and external participants, covering OR’s businesses to strengthen skills, knowledge, and expertise in alignment with the Company’s strategic direction. It also provides opportunities for the public and interested parties to visit and participate in study visits and learning activities.

4. Café Amazon Coffee Roasting Plant, Bakery Factory, Dry Mix Factory, and Café Amazon’s Distribution Center – Established in 2021 to enhance the security of raw material supply for OR’s retail businesses, improve standards, and boost competitiveness in the food and beverage sector, supporting the long-term growth of Café Amazon.

5. Lubricant Distribution Center – Stores and distributes lubricants and related products to support both domestic and international markets.

6. Technology – OR is implementing a concrete Digital Transformation strategy covering three key aspects: People (developing employees’ digital and data analysis skills), Process (enhancing operational efficiency), and Technology (adopting advanced technology to improve competitiveness and cost efficiency), ultimately enhancing the company’s operations across all dimensions.
Building Partnerships and Developing New Businesses
ORZON Ventures – A venture capital fund established in collaboration with 500 TukTuks to invest in early-stage startups in the Mobility & Lifestyle sector across Thailand and ASEAN region. The initiative aims to enhance startup ecosystems and drive sustainable growth through OR’s support.
