LPG Gas Shop Dealer

To become a PTT cooking gas dealer:

detached building for a newly applied dealer, occupying no less than 320 sq.m. (80 sq. wah).

A target area where OR can expand its market, such as a community with a sizeable population.
The shop must be in a detached building (at least six meters from other buildings), not in a street commercial building or a condominium, except for existing dealers already possessing an operating license.
The location and marketing network must neither overlap nor affect OR’s existing cooking gas network. The store must lie at least 200 meters from existing PTT cooking gas retailers or at a proper distance depending on market conditions if the existing retailers cannot expand their service network.
At least 200 meters from education institutions, religious sites, hospitals or clinics, and archeological sites

Copy of ID card
Copy of house registration
For juristic persons, copy of corporate registration certificate enclosed with a letter from the authorized person
Copy of document showing ownership or rights over the proposed site
Letter of Consent to Business from spouse (for married individual) (ifany)
Copy of spouse’s ID card (ifany)
Location map within a radius of 1 km. from the proposed site
Estimate of monthly sales volumes together with product distribution method and market expansion plan.

OR bases its consideration on market conditions and demand for cooking gas in the vicinity of the proposed site
Existing PTT cooking gas dealers and related factors
Applicants will be informed of the results of initial consideration within 3 months after all required documents are in hand.
