OR Teams Up with Minor Food to Expand Four Restaurant Brands Across PTT Stations, Targeting 150+ Outlets by 2030

PTT Oil and Retail Business Public Company Limited (OR) and The Minor Food Group Public Company Limited (Minor Food) have signed an Expansion Partnership Agreement to transform the PTT station network and OR’s commercial spaces into Food & Lifestyle Destinations, while strengthening the OR Ecosystem to better serve consumers’ diverse lifestyles.

The partnership brings together OR’s leadership in service station networks and lifestyle ecosystems with Minor Food’s expertise as a leading restaurant company, underpinned by its strengths in brand development, food innovation, restaurant operations, and a nationwide supply chain. Together, the two companies aim to deliver high-quality, accessible dining experiences and create lasting value for consumers and communities alike.

As part of the collaboration, OR and Minor Food will expand the footprint of four leading restaurant brands—The Pizza Company, Dairy Queen, The Steak & More, and Chiho Ramen, Minor Food’s newest brand developed and launched in collaboration with OR. The four brands will be rolled out across the PTT station network and OR’s commercial spaces nationwide, with a shared goal of more than 150 outlets by 2030.

OR’s food business is operated through Foodellus Co., Ltd. (Foodellus), which was established to spearhead OR’s food business. Foodellus plans to invest more than THB 2 billion by 2030 to further develop OR’s food business into another key growth driver while reinforcing OR’s lifestyle business for long-term growth.

Mr. Kraipit Premmani, Senior Executive Vice President, Lifestyle Business, said that “OR aims to transform PTT stations and its commercial spaces into comprehensive Food & Lifestyle Destinations that go beyond service stations. Our partnership with Minor Food marks an important step toward realizing this vision by combining OR’s network of more than 2,400 PTT stations nationwide with Minor Food’s expertise in restaurant development and operations. Together, we aim to create Food & Lifestyle Destinations that are accessible to consumers in every community, delivering quality food, trusted standards, and exceptional customer experiences across the country.” This partnership will further strengthen the OR Ecosystem by expanding the diversity of products and services while transforming PTT stations into Food & Lifestyle Destinations that serve travelers, EV users, and local communities. Consumers will enjoy greater access to delicious, consistently high-quality, and value-for-money food, whether they are traveling in major cities or living in communities across the country, in line with OR’s “Empowering All toward Inclusive Growth” vision and its “Triple G’s” philosophy—Good Community, Good Environment, and Good Growth—particularly through the Good Growth dimension. The partnership also reflects the two companies’ shared commitment to delivering exceptional and sustainable consumer experiences.

Mr. William Heinecken, Chairman of Minor International Public Company Limited (MINT), stated, “Our partnership with OR goes beyond expanding our store network. It is about creating a new growth platform for Thailand’s food business by bringing together the complementary strengths and expertise of two companies. Minor Food takes pride in being one of Thailand’s leading restaurant companies, not only through trusted brands such as The Pizza Company, Dairy Queen, and The Steak & More, but also through our expertise in developing new brands, driving food innovation, and operating restaurants efficiently. Chiho Ramen, developed in collaboration with OR, exemplifies the potential for creating restaurant concepts that cater to consumer behavior and are well-suited to PTT station locations. Combined with our strong nationwide supply chain and operational capabilities, these strengths, together with OR’s network of more than 2,400 PTT stations, will enable us to expand efficiently while delivering quality food and exceptional experiences to consumers across the country. I believe this partnership will not only transform service stations in Thailand into Food & Lifestyle Destinations but also serve as a model for strategic collaboration between two organizations to create shared value, elevate the consumer experience, and drive the sustainable long-term growth of Thailand’s food business.”
